Emily first gained an interest in Physiotherapy through sporting injuries as a teen. This interest has only grown through her love of science and anatomy inspiring her to study a Bachelor of Biomedicine and Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. Emily enjoys working with a broad knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions helping people from teenagers through to the elderly.
Emily uses a biopsychosocial approach to provide care for clients through soft tissue release techniques, pilates and tailored strengthening programs while considering the impact of other stressors in day to day life. Emily believes movement should be enjoyable and achievable in order to succeed with a special interest in low back pain, sporting injuries and remaining active with osteoarthritis.
Outside of work you’ll find Emily going to the footy with friends, playing netball or scouting the best local coffee.
