Will is a passionate Myotherapist who loves to see his clients move well and achieve their goals. He works with a wide-range of clientele ranging from elite sporting teams and athletes – junior and senior, with the NDIS community and corporate workers. Some common conditions he treats include sporting injuries, mobility and movement concerns, lower back pain and shoulder pain. Will has completed further study in Exercise and Sport Science, where he utilises his unique skill set from dual-qualifications. He also gives back to the industry by teaching at Endeavour College within their Myotherapy course. His experience and further studies has led to opportunities to work in teaching, strength and conditioning and a high performance role within St.Kilda FC’s junior academy. These diverse roles has enabled him to develop an approach where he understands what is required to help the musculoskeletal systems function at its best. You will often see him using a combination of manual therapy and various rehab exercises to ensure ongoing improvement for his clients. In Will’s spare time he enjoys cooking, playing golf, catching up with his mates and keeping active. He recently returned in November from a 4 month trip driving around Australia, so be sure to ask him all about it.

Holly is a qualified Osteopath and Clinical Pilates instructor whose passion for Osteopathy stemmed from high school sporting injuries and a history of osteopathic treatment for migraines during her first university degree. Holly is also teaching reformer pilates and clinical pilates as she loves helping people to keep moving and feel strong. Holly’s interest in helping people and exercise stems from her high school years and her experience both as a pilates client and an instructor. She grew up playing lots of sports including netball, footy and running which she continues to love doing now. As well as exercise she loves movement, clinical pilates and rehabilitation. Holly is passionate about helping people, self management and furthering everyones recovery with rehab and treatment. She loves to treat both acute and long term sporting injuries, lower limb injuries, neck pain and headaches. Emily first gained an interest in Physiotherapy through sporting injuries as a teen. This interest has only grown through her love of science and anatomy inspiring her to study a Bachelor of Biomedicine and Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. Emily enjoys working with a broad knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions helping people from teenagers through to the elderly. Emily uses a biopsychosocial approach to provide care for clients through soft tissue release techniques, pilates and tailored strengthening programs while considering the impact of other stressors in day to day life. Emily believes movement should be enjoyable and achievable in order to succeed with a special interest in low back pain, sporting injuries and remaining active with osteoarthritis.
