Ashleigh Podolak

Through completing her Physiotherapy (Honours) Degree at Monash University, Ashleigh has gained experience with a range of patients throughout all stages of healing from acute sports injuries at local football and soccer clubs to acute inpatient rehabilitation, chronic pain management and working in hydrotherapy rehabilitation for joint replacement, musculoskeletal and neurological patients. Ashleigh is passionate about all things health, performance and fitness. Growing up as a keen dancer, she draws from her own experience with injury and the demands of sport, developing a personal understanding of the challenges faced during the rehabilitation process and the value of an individually tailored rehabilitation program designed to meet the individual client’s movement and functional goals. She strives to empower patients to make positive changes through a balance of hands on treatment and movement-based approach to rehabilitation such as strengthening and Clinical Pilates, using movement as medicine to maintain overall health and wellbeing.
