Telehealth appointments are available for a range of health issues, but if you feel you need direct treatment for an injury or a physical examination you may need to book an in-person appointment.
Lauren graduated from Griffith University in 2011 with degrees in Physiotherapy and Exercise Science. She has worked extensively within the community health setting in North Queensland before moving to Melbourne in 2016 and commencing work in private practice
Lauren has always had an interest in women’s and men’s pelvic health which led to her completing the Post. Grad certificate in Continence and Women’s health through Curtin University in 2019.
Lauren is passionate about the benefits of exercise and education to empower women throughout the life stages and puts this into practice whilst consulting on the maternity wards at Epworth Freemasons. She has also developed an interest in supporting men through pelvic floor rehabilitation pre and post prostatectomy.
Outside of work Lauren loves to travel, read a great book and she also enjoys swimming.
