Telehealth appointments are available for a range of health issues, but if you feel you need direct treatment for an injury or a physical examination you may need to book an in-person appointment.
Having represented Australia in the 14th Asian Dragon Boat Championships in 2022 and a prior career as a business analyst in technology consulting, Emily understands the physical and mental demands of both an active lifestyle and a sedentary desk job.
Emily graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honors) and has completed the Graduate Certificate in Physiotherapy (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy) at the University of Melbourne. She has also completed her qualifications for dry needling. Emily has previous experience as a sports trainer for VAFA footy and NPL soccer. Additionally, she has been involved in research related to Achilles tendinopathy and injury prevention in women’s footy.
Emily is passionate about working together with clients to overcome limitations and achieve their individual goals. She completed further education in pelvic floor physiotherapy as she understands that pelvic health problems can be life-limiting. She wants to help clients attain their desired lifestyle, tackling injuries and problems including incontinence, urgency and pelvic pain.
Whilst Emily’s first language is English, she also offers consultations in Mandarin and Cantonese.
