I enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis. My professional interests lay in all aspects of optometry, in particular; ocular therapeutics, dry eye, macular degeneration and glaucoma co-management, acute red eye, foreign body removal, contact lenses and diabetes. As a child wearing glasses my interest in optometry was sparked and a passion for health & science was developed throughout my schooling. I have spent two years practicing in Dubbo NSW before returning closer to my hometown of Coffin Bay. I consult in Whyalla and am excited to provide quality eye care to the Whyalla community.

My Professional interests are eye disease management, children’s vision, ocular therapeutics and rural and community eye care. I spend most of my time consulting in our Port Lincoln and Whyalla Practices and also consult in Cowell throughout the year. Outside of my professional life I have represented SA for hockey on seven occasions, have been the President of Optometry South Australia for 5 years and currently sit on Optometry South Australia board.

My interest in optometry came from an inspirational Optometrist during work experience. From there I developed a passion for eye disease management, contact lenses and ocular therapeutics. I currently consult in Port Lincoln, Ceduna and Streaky Bay.
