Driven by a passion for science and a genuine desire to assist others, Dr. Cindy Van (B.Optom, Class 1 Hons) found her calling in optometry. Fuelled by the motto of "being the best practitioner for our patients", instilled by an influential lecturer, her notable achievements include placing first in her second year of optometry, and graduating with First Class Honours among a cohort of 50. Having personally experienced myopia, she developed a particular interest in myopia control. To prevent future generations from enduring the same visual degradation, she remains up to date with evidence-based practices. Building strong connections with her patients brings her immense satisfaction as she strives to provide them with the best possible care. Currently, Dr. Van is engaged in further advanced specialty contact lens studies to assist a wider range of patients. This ongoing pursuit reflects her commitment to continuous professional growth and staying at the forefront of her field. With a fervent dedication to science, empathy for others, and an unyielding thirst for knowledge, Dr. Van is devoted to making a lasting impact on the well-being of those under her care in the field of optometry.

Dr. Andrea Pham (B.Optom) is a highly skilled optometrist who graduated with First Class Honours from UNSW. She has a wealth of knowledge and many years of practice in rural, regional and metropolitan optometry. As a therapeutically-endorsed optometrist, Dr. Pham is proficient in removing foreign bodies, and is authorised to prescribe medications for various ocular health conditions including conjunctivitis, uveitis, glaucoma, and myopia progression. Notably, she has a natural ability to connect with children and is skilled at diagnosing early-onset eye conditions such as strabismus, amblyopia, and myopia. Dr. Pham employs a multi-modal approach to managing myopia progression, utilising techniques such as Ortho-k, atropine, multifocal spectacles, and contact lenses. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, piano, guitar, and playing fetch with her 2 adorable pom-huahuas.

She has years of experience in metropolitan Sydney and provides thorough eye tests for all her patients. Dr Tat is a therapeutically endorsed optometrist and is authorised to prescribe medications for a range of conditions such as conjunctivitis, uveitis and glaucoma. She always strives to understand her patients visual and ocular health needs and ensures they are met, whether it be perfecting a spectacle or contact lens prescription, reviewing an ocular health condition or coordinating a specialist referral. She has a special interest in myopia management, employing evidence-based techniques such as multifocal spectacles, DIMS spectacles, contacts lenses and atropine to slow down the progression of myopia. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, golf, piano and watching tv shows.
