Kaye is a General, Liver and Pancreatic Surgeon at Cabrini, The Alfred, and Monash Hospitals. Having trained at The Alfred Hospital, Kaye obtained her General Surgical Fellowship in 2007. This was followed by further specialist Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgical Training with the Liver Transplant and HPB Surgical Unit at the Austin Hospital and The London Hospital HPB Unit in the United Kingdom. Her areas of expertise include hernia, gallbladder, liver and pancreas surgery. She has a special interest in advanced laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery to treat tumours in the liver. Kaye is an executive board member of the Australian and New Zealand Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery Association and Senior Lecturer in Surgery at Monash University.
