She completed a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney after completing her undergraduate degree at University College Dublin, and she is also an Accredited Sports Dietitian. Rachel possesses a strong foundation in nutrition. Her empathetic nature, ability to build relationships, and use of evidence-based nutrition enable her to effectively help her clients achieve their unique goals. Rachel understands that making lifestyle changes is not always simple, so she is dedicated to working with her clients to understand their individual lifestyles and provide practical, personalised advice tailored to each unique person. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys staying active with resistance training, exploring the outdoors, and discovering new cafes to enjoy food with friends.

Robynne is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who enjoys helping people optimise their health and wellbeing through nutrition and leading a balanced lifestyle. She is also an Accredited Sports Dietitian and Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Robynne completed her degrees at the University of Sydney and has worked in allied health clinics, medical centres, hospital and community roles for the last 12 years. She currently works in private practice as lead dietitian and director of health consultancy Nourished Lifestyle Co, and in staff wellbeing for Sydney Local Health District. Robynne provides personalised assessment and nutrition plans to help people overcome their symptoms across a variety of health conditions and goals. Due to personal experience she has a special interest in the management of inflammatory bowel diseases, irritable bowel syndrome and assisting people with allergies and intolerances to overcome their symptoms and enjoy food again. Beyond individual consultations, she has worked as a consultant to sporting teams, gyms and conducts engaging nutrition and health seminars for corporate and medical teams. She is passionate about helping people achieve peak performance in health, sport and life. Robynne is also the co-founder and director of MediDiet & The 90 Day Body, both innovative online health programs. In her spare time, you will find her cooking, running, lifting weights or playing with her son.

Dr Bye provides an outstanding service in colonoscopy, gastrointestinal cancer screening, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis) and all general gastrointestinal and hepatology issues. Dr Bill Bye is a consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist. He completed his training in Gastroenterology at Prince of Wales Hospital and St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney before undertaking a senior clinical fellow position at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, UK. Upon his return he has worked as a Staff Specialist Gastroenterologist at Prince of Wales Hospital, a Visiting Medical Officer at St Vincent’s Hospital and is currently an Honorary Medical Officer at St George Hospital Inflammatory Bowel Disease service. Dr Bye is the current Chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee at Alexandria Specialist Day Hospital. He is committed to ongoing teaching and has lectured at Notre Dame University Medical School, University of New South Wales medical school, has contributed online lectures to a Masters of Medicine at University of Sydney and is actively involved in teaching basic physician trainee’s preparing for specialist exams at Prince of Wales Hospital. Dr Bye has published research in international peer reviewed journals and continues to actively participate in research currently.

Dr Mark Muhlmann is an Australian educated and trained Colorectal and General Surgeon with over 15 years of experience in consultant practice. He provides services in both public and private hospitals. Dr Mark Muhlmann was born and raised in Perth Australia. He attended medical school at the University of Western Australia where he graduated with honors in 1998. His internship and residency was at Royal Perth Hospital. He completed basic surgical training in Perth and then travelled extensively gaining more experience as a Senior House Officer in Surgery in London and the north of Scotland. Returning to Australia, he completed advance general surgical training in Perth and Adelaide. Further subspecialist colorectal surgical training was obtained at Fremantle Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Auckland City Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney. Since 2010, he has worked as a consultant colorectal and general surgeon in both public and private practice in Sydney. He provides services in all aspects of colorectal surgery with a special interest in minimally invasive cancer surgery utilizing both laparoscopic ad robotic surgery. He has a collaborative approach to work and is an active member of the Prince of Wales Colorectal Cancer Multi-disciplinary Team. As well as maintaining a busy clinical practice, he is very active in surgical education and research. He is currently the Network Director of the Eastern and Greater Sydney Surgical Skills Network. He maintains an interest in research and has over 20 articles published in peer reviewed journals. Outside of medicine, he runs marathons and spends time with his wife and 2 daughters.

Dr Francis Lam

Dr Lam is a specialist colorectal surgeon with expertise in proctology, bowel cancer prevention, treatment and screening. He performs minimally invasive colorectal and hernia repair surgeries using endoscopic, laparoscopic and robotic techniques. Dr Lam graduated from medical school at the University of Sydney (1991-1996) and completed his General Surgery training at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, obtaining his Fellowship with the Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2005. He was awarded membership from the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand (MCSSANZ) after completing further post-fellowship colorectal surgery training at Concord Hospital in Sydney and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide. Dr Lam had further sub-specialty training in laparoscopic colorectal surgery at the Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital in Hong Kong and is an accredited robotic surgeon. He was granted the CSSANZ international travelling fellowship to visit St Mark’s Hospital, the Royal London Hospital and the St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London, UK in 2007. Dr Lam obtained his PhD in Colorectal Cancer Proteomics at the University of Sydney in 2008. He was the recipient of the Prince of Wales Clinical School Award in 2018 for his outstanding service to the University of NSW. He is a consultant colorectal surgeon at Prince of Wales Public and Private Hospitals, the Royal Hospital for Women and Double Bay Day Hospital. He is also a Conjoint Senior Lecturer at the University of NSW.

Dr Cameron Law is a Colorectal and General surgeon who specialises in the management of benign and malignant colorectal disease, as well as common general surgical pathologies. Cameron was born in South Africa but raised and educated in the United Kingdom where he attended Medical School at the University of Nottingham. His residency years were spent in London based hospitals before immigrating to Australia in 2013 where he underwent advanced surgical training based in Sydney. In 2020 he completed his fellowship in General Surgery. Further subspecialist colorectal training was obtained, via the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand, at Royal North Shore and Prince of Wales Hospitals in Sydney, and The Tweed and John Flynn Hospitals in Gold Coast. He is now a consultant surgeon providing emergency and elective surgical services encompassing all colorectal pathologies, as well as hernia and general surgery, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques including the Da Vinci Robotic platform. Cameron actively contributes to surgical research and has several publications in peer reviewed journals as well as numerous international presentations at Colorectal and General Surgical conferences. He has a keen interest in medical and surgical education, having previously worked as a conjoint and senior lecturer at the University of Sydney, the University of NSW, Bond and Griffith Universities. Outside of medicine, Cameron is a keen runner and swimmer, having competed in several marathons and open water swims. He is also a big fan of Rugby Union having played to a high level at university.
