Dr Michael Davis

Michael Davis is a local doctor, growing up in Lake Macquarie and attending school at Morisset. He went on to graduate in Medicine through Newcastle University with distinction in 2011 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2016. He’s had a long interest in skin cancer medicine and this has been a regular part of his clinical practice for the last 4 years. He has recently undertaken advanced training in skin cancer diagnosis and surgery, through the Skin Cancer College of Australasia’s Accreditation program. He is warm, approachable and willing to take the time to answer your questions about skin cancer generally, and the particular details of your care. He lives with his wife and young son in west Lake Macquarie. Outside of work you will generally find him chasing his son and dog around at Speers Point Park.
