Rosara Squirchuk has specialized in providing treatment services to individuals with addictive behaviours, mental health issues (including anxiety and depression) and for those who want to progress or change their career opportunities for the past 16 years. She has worked in a range of settings including public and private hospitals, corporate and community sectors. She worked as a Senior Health Educator/Psychologist and professional trainer within a major teaching hospital for five years. In addition to this role she provides consulting services to the Corporate and Community sector and has a successful private practice providing executive coaching and psycho-educational services for individuals and groups. Prior to 2003, Rosara worked in the corporate sector providing OHS specialist services to senior management and also managed an NGO service in Sydney. Rosara has written Policy, Procedures & Protocols to meet OHS obligations for management, and the educational component program for the employees of a major airline corporation to inform employees about the risks associated with alcohol or other drug use/misuse in the workplace. Rosara utilizes a number of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative and systemic, tailored to meet the individual needs of the client group. Rosara Squirchuk is a Registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society with postgraduate qualifications from Sydney University including a Master of Arts majoring in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Couple’s Therapy from Relationships Australia.
